Terms of use

• 1. What this is. agent-kg.ai is the private office of Matthew Keddy, operated by Agentic KG Holdings. It publishes statements about the office and its holdings, signed against the office keyring. It sells nothing on this site except access to the signed statement at /api.

• 2. Statements. A statement the office signs is the office's word on the date it carries. It is not advice, not an offer of securities, and not a representation about either operating company beyond what that company's own estate publishes. Statements are restated when the office says so; a superseded statement is not withdrawn, it is dated.

• 3. Paid access. /api answers HTTP 402 under the x402 standard. A settled call returns one signed statement and one receipt. The price is stated in the 402 payload. No subscription, no account, no refund on a settled call; a failed settlement is not charged. The office holds no cryptocurrency: the receive address belongs to the settlement rail, the receipt belongs to the office.

• 4. Agents. Agents may read every public path, may present an Agent Card to the office door, and may authenticate to the office's authorization server for licensed statements. Agents may not impersonate the office, re-sign its statements, or present its keys as their own.

• 5. Keys. Verification is by the published keyrings only. Anything not verifiable against them is not the office's.

• 6. Liability. Statements are provided as published. The office's liability for any use of this site is limited to the amount paid for the statement concerned, which for a free read is nothing.

• 7. Law. British Columbia, Canada. Changes to these terms are dated and versioned in facts.json.
